Terms, Conditions, and Policies
1: Safety Gear Requirement
To participate in the event, all riders must wear appropriate safety gear, including a helmet, riding jacket or armour, gloves, and shoes.
2: Ticket and Wristband Policy
- Each ticket and corresponding wristband grants entry to one individual only.
- Ensure to wear your wristband for the entire duration of the event.
3: Admission Rights
- Admission is subject to the organiser's discretion, even for valid ticket holders.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry if necessary.
4: Outside Food and Beverages
- Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited.
- Food and drinks will only be available to those with a wristband, which will be provided upon entry.
5: Security Measures
Security procedures, including frisking, bag checks, and CCTV surveillance, are in place at all entry and exit points as well as throughout the event premises.
6: Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited:
- Weapons, knives, guns, firearms
- Fireworks, laser devices
- Wooden or metal sticks
- Drones
- Glass bottles
Entry with these items is not permitted without prior approval.
7: Behavioural Expectations
- The organisers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual who engages in inappropriate behaviour, including provocation, instigation, or acts of violence towards staff, guests, or property.
- No refunds will be issued in such cases.
8: Insurance
- Personal insurance is not included in the ticket price.
- By attending the event, you acknowledge that you have appropriate insurance coverage for the event, including protection against illness, injury, death, loss of baggage or personal items, and event cancellation or curtailment.
- Your participation confirms you have appropriate life insurance coverage.
9: Limitation of Liability
- The organisers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring within or outside the event premises.
- This includes any hurt, injury, death, property damage, or other losses.
- We also disclaim responsibility for theft, damage, or bike security, both inside and outside the venue.
- Parking and entry of bikes are at the rider's own risk.
10: Alcohol and Drug Policy
- Consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is both against event policy and the law.
- Any rider found to be under the influence will be immediately removed from the event premises.
11: Narcotics and Controlled Substances
- The possession or consumption of narcotics or psychotropic substances is strictly forbidden.
- Any individual found in violation will be reported to the narcotic police.

Applicability:
This Statement applies to information gathered from you by Castrol, as Castrol’s Data Principal. As part of the business services provided to you or received from you, we may collect your Personal Data. This Statement is to inform you about the Personal Data we may receive/collect and the purposes for which we use such data. We value your privacy and process your Personal Data within the Castrol landscape with utmost care and security.
Such Personal Data comes directly from you to Castrol for Processing of your Personal Data. Our usage of this Personal Data is subject to all applicable legal requirements (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) and to the agreement that will be executed (if applicable), along with the contents of this Statement.
Personal Data collected by us: Given below is an itemized description of the Personal Data collected by us:
name, contact details, email address, pit crew name, blood group, vehicle details, race categories, photos, etc.
Purpose of Collection:
The data collected may be used for remarketing and promotional communication related to Castrol products and services.
The purposes and goods/services for which your Personal Data is used is detailed above and such data may only be used by us for these specific purposes only.
Details of Processing of Personal Data:
- Appointment of Data Processors: We may further share your Personal Data with certain third-party vendors/Data Processors to fulfil the aforementioned purposes. Such Data Processors, however, are not entitled to process the Personal Data shared by us for any other purpose except for the purposes of requirements reflecting in our policy/agreement with such Data Processor. We also ensure the reliability of such third-party agent/contractor, i.e. Data Processor appointed by us to process your Personal Data.

- Right to access information about Personal Data: You may request to access your Personal Data we possess, using the link given below. You may also request for the identities of all third parties with whom we have shared your Personal Data.
- Right to correction or erasure of Personal Data: If you desire, you may request to withdraw your consent to Processing of your Personal Data or modify/update or erase the Personal Data provided to us. We might not always be able to adhere to your request of erasure, since we are required to keep certain data to fulfil some regulatory requirements, as also mentioned in the purposes or Processing above.
- Right of grievance redressal: In case of any grievances, you may contact us by using the link given below. Additionally, if your grievances are not satisfied by us, you may make a complaint to the Data Protection Board of India on their official communication website.

Right to nominate: If you wish to nominate any other individual who will be able to exercise your rights under the DPDPA, 2023 (in the event of your death or incapacity), you may communicate the details (name, email address and phone number) of such nominee by using the link given below.

- Retention & Deletion of Personal Data: Your Personal Data is only retained for as long as required for the purposes (as detailed above), including for the purposes of satisfying any statutory requirements. After such purpose is complete, we will ensure that your Personal Data is deleted/erased from our systems including all copies of such data and from our vendor systems.
- Personal Data Breach: We take the security of all Personal Data sets transferred to us. In the unlikely and unfortunate event of Personal Data Breach affecting your Personal Data, we will thoroughly work towards the investigation, mitigation and remediation of such Personal Data Breach and provide you with sufficient intimation. We will also intimate the Data Protection Board within reasonable time.
